MEMBER CARE MINISTRY – ONLINE ENGAGEMENT

People search online for answers to their problems – what better place for The Clear Word Ministries with Evangelist Lauretta Foster to engage them? Be a Digital Disciple, an Android or iPhone Apostle, or an Electronic Evangelist, as each one reaches the world for Jesus Christ.

Our media content may answer your spiritual needs or questions, but not all. We will be the voice on the Member Care Team that answers back and engages with our online viewers in a meaningful way. In society today, people have used social media in some way to communicate with a brand. What’s more, research shows that they prefer social media to traditional channels like phone and email. The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the trajectory of how The Clear Word Ministries programming are delivered, not just in the traditional building, but in the online virtual / digital space via various social media platforms.

Member Care   includes addressing the negative. We will be actively engaged online, to capture that opportunity to turn negatives into positives by addressing issues and resolving problems promptly. We know that this is especially relevant to the youth in society, who naturally turn to social media first to share their thoughts and feelings.

Through a culture of online caring and digital discipleship, The Clear Word Ministries with Evangelist Lauretta Foster built a reputation as a Ministry that truly cares about its viewers / subscribers and the communities it serves. Many people use social media to “call out” or complain about certain concerns rather than direct those concerns to a specific person one-to-one. That number will jump even higher when you slice the data by generation. I am encouraging millennials and others to take your frustration to the Lord and not to the keyboard—Many individuals have complained or called out brands on social media. That means that millennials (more than other generations) are more likely to call out the religious groups on social media. This is also another opportunity for The Clear Word Ministries’ Member Care Program to flourish.

THE POWER OF ENGAGEMENT - THE MEMBER CARE MINISTRY

  • At The Clear Word Ministries with Evangelist Lauretta Foster, we do not underestimate the power of engagement. There’s no return on investment without it!
  • We invest the time; we build a committee of digital disciples who are available to respond to your comments and messages online promptly, while being human. That means we engage you with a personal tone that conveys Christlike care as we remain mission focused. By living out the Ministry’s Mission online and exemplifying the character of Christ, we create social media Ambassadors for the Gospel, who eagerly share The Clear Word Ministries Mission, content, and messages.
  • Social Media interactions are treated like a real-life conversation. We respond to our viewership audience, share their content, and like their comments where we can. We follow the conversation and actively participate. We seek to understand their needs (in the context of our programs) and respond in a meaningful way. Building relationships impacts brand awareness, trust, financial support, and more. Our goal is to break down the perceived barrier between the viewer / audience and The Clear Word Ministries. We strive to be authentic and as transparent as possible to build trust.
  • While we care for our viewers / audience, I believe that the next great awakening is here, it’s a digital one. We are now preaching and living-out the Gospel in view and listenership of millions of people, so let’s continue along this path of belting the Gospel around the world. We need every single one of us to commit to being a digital disciple, using social media as a vehicle to reach out and care for God’s children.
