Evangelist Lauretta Foster

Lauretta Foster is an Evangelist with a heart for God and a message of hope for all people. She believes strongly in equipping the church to accomplish its mission in the world. She is the founder of The Clear Word Ministries. Her ministry is centered on showing the love of Christ to a world that is desperately in need of the Savior.

Lauretta has a passion for preaching/teaching, family empowerment, and youth and community empowerment. She considers herself a servant whose life is not sufficient to pay the indebtedness to Jesus Christ.

Lauretta loves the Lord, is compassionate, and displays Godly wisdom. She chooses to serve humanity, to be a voice proclaiming a better way, to be hands making a tangible difference, to work toward spiritually, strengthening people already in the church membership as well as the nonmembers in the community.

As an Evangelist, I have a special role as an ambassador of God’s kingdom and a messenger of the soon return of Jesus Christ. I am enlisted as co-worker with God in His mission of reclaiming the world from the power and presence of evil, as part of the Great Controversy between Christ and Satan.

Lauretta hails from the tropical island of Jamaica and currently resides in Florida. She has Seventh-day Adventist parentage and was born and raised in the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Jamaica. She is a product of Seventh-day Adventist education. She is gainfully employed as Corporate Vice President of Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance in the health care field.

Lauretta’s greatest joy in this world is her family and serving others. She has encountered many tragedies in life and was impressed by the Lord to write a book (“BOLD FAITH: When Love Fades Away”) to encourage others. At the writing of this book, she was abandoned and divorced after enduring 21 years of an abusive marriage. These emotional and other types of abuse experiences weigh heavily on her physical and spiritual life. But for God’s grace and mercy, this abusive, defrauded marriage and divorce did not send her into deep depression, which could have resulted in her losing her faith.

Lauretta attends the Seventh-day Adventist Church where she serves in ministry. Over the years, she served in areas such as Church Clerk, Women’s Ministries Director, Pathfinder / Adventurer / Youth Ministries Director, and Family Life Ministries Director. It is the love for people and serving others that lead me to establishing The Clear Word Ministries.

Mantra: Matthew 6:33 “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.”
